Hi, I just thought I'd add in, since I also print from catprint (love them! Been a returning customer for 4 years); you don't need to change your files to a single pdf. If you keep them in the same order, and just upload regular image files, they still count as pages, and you can edit them individually. Thought'd that save some time. c:
ooooh I didn’t know that! Thanks!
catprint is so good aren’t they~ They have excellent customer service. My first order was messed up, and they literally called me to confirm the fixes. And they answered all of my emails quickly.
I SWEAR I’M NOT HERE TO ADVERTISE CATPRINT; THEY’RE JUST REALLY GOOD OK OTL
Hey lovely! I bought one of those Journey prints that Nonny just asked about, and the quality and weight of the paper is PERFECT. My best friend and I were considering doing a table next year, or maybe at a different con, and we were wondering earlier if you would mind sharing where you print your work and where to get the sleeves? c:
oooh thanks so much for asking! This was the first time that I’ve sold at and Artist Alley, so I’m not exactly the voice of experience..
I printed at catprint.com and it’s cheaper to turn all of your prints into a multi-page pdf file and print that xx times instead of printing each of your prints xx times xD. I think I used Heavy Letter paper, Matte.
the bags were from clearbags.com, but they’re a bit expensive (you can also try eBay).
Hope this helps!!! Good luck!! :3
Did you make the fairy in a bottle thing at tora-con?
nah, that was the table across from me! :3
You're the one who sold the Journey poster prints right?
Hello!! I was the Clear that, um, bought one of the Clear prints and I absolutely love it! x33 First thing I did when I got home was put it on my wall! Your art was fantastic and I hope so see you at other cons soon!
Omg I was one of the people to buy your Clear print! It’s so gorgeous,I’m glad that there was at least one artist with DMMD! ouo
Hey I’m totally the aoba and i go to school with the other people in the group. It was awesome to meet you too and your art is really nice!

ToraCon 2014 at RIT~
Thank you so so sooooo much to the people who came and bought prints or commissioned me! It made me really happy to talk to you guys!!!
crowded picture of my booth lmao. I had to sneak behind the table across from me to get the picture. More under the cut!
FIRST TIME SELLING!!!!
I will post proper pictures later, but for now I am just draaained. I didn’t get the chance to take a picture of my set up from the front because it was chaotic in the morning, busy all day, and fell down at the end. Well, there’s always tomorrow.
Thank you so much to the people who passed by!
OK LET'S DO THE ARTISTS QUESTIONS! °D° 1:"Take a picture of your workspace." and 12. "Any weird artist behavior you admit doing? "pretty pleaaaase! ´3`<33333
1:”Take a picture of your workspace.”
(I’m actually working in the computer lab right now).
I normally work on my iPad, which is super portable so technically my workspace is everywhereeeeee. I had to buy an intuos for one of my classes, so I’ve been working off my laptop a lot more too. They’re both really portable, so I just work wherever I happen to sit myself \o/
12. “Any weird artist behavior you admit doing?”
Hm…. what counts as weird behavior….?
I don’t like showing people my sketchbook, but I like seeing other people’s sketch books. When I work on my iPad, I don’t really like people watching me. But i’m ok-ish with people watching me work in general. I like to zoom in and out a lot on my iPad, but not on my laptop. I get my best ideas right before i sleep, so I force myself to draw them out before sleeping, which generally keeps me awake for a few more hours orz. I work better when I’m surrounded by other people working; it’s infectious. I draw fan art a lot, but I don’t show it to people unless I’m really comfortable with them hahahahahahaha. And in my figure drawing classes I’m more comfortable working standing up versus sitting down.
